Abstract
History of the six-year old business, Fiore Artisan Olive Oils and Vinegars, started by Nancy and Pat O’Brien in Bar Harbor. Now expanded to six locations throughout Maine, it allows shoppers to taste the oils and vinegars before making their selections and provides some education as to how quality oils and vinegars are made.
