Abstract

Naomi Graychase grew up in Bucksport, but not in a traditional home. When she finally got her own home as an adult, she also inherited dahlias from an aging and ill neighbor. Not a lifelong gardener, she planted them and came to appreciate the significance they became in her life. [drawings]
