Scott Hanson, an architectural historian and partner and professional cook, Andrew Jones prepare an old-fashioned Thanksgiving Dinner using their beehive oven, an open hearth, and iron cookware. Later it is served on Transferware in their partially restored Whitten House in Topsham, Maine. [Images]
