Abstract

Marsh Island Brewing, in collaboration with UMaine School of Forest Resources professors Dan Hayes and Aaron Weiskittle and with the help of volunteers to harvest spruce tips, is crafting a spruce beer. Includes a list of other brewers who are also making spruce brews.
