Abstract

The Angry Beavers, an all-volunteer corps of glade-cutters at Black Mountain of Maine ski resort, clear brush for tree or gladed skiiing. Their work is attracting new visitors to Rumford,a once prosperous mill town that has struggled in economic hard times.
