Abstract
Description of the large number of unusual objects collected and displayed by George Hinckley, founder of the L. C. Bates Museum in Hinkley. Hinckley died in 1950, and the museum was not reopened until 1990. Even museum workers say they are in "a constant state of discovery" there.
