Abstract

Short piece about Abby Sadauckas and Jake Galle who, on their Apple Creek Farm in Bowdoinham, are raising geese and struggling with the challenges that brings -- including consumers' reluctance and a paucity of processors.The author argues that a holiday goose is an "excellent dinner-table splurge."
