Abstract

After the pandemic forced the closure of Jordan Benissan's restaurants in Searsport and Waterville, the Colby College music professor opened a new restaurant, Me Lon Togo, in Camden. The restaurant features dishes from Togo in West Africa, where Benissan grew up.
