A brief exploration of lobster boat racing. Touches on the history of the sport and the growth of the summer racing circuit, but focuses on the major race in Jonesport. Discusses the unlikelihood of lobster boats as racing vessels and the inherent dangers of the sport. (Number 121 of this issue's "200 Reasons to Love Maine.")
