Abstract

Charts, infographics, and a series of articles on Maine's current real estate market which had reached historic highs even before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Another piece explains why new construction is not a feasible answer in Maine to the housing shortage. Finally, yet another segment features four Maine real estate authorities who try to predict what lies ahead for the market.
