The story of one Maine restaurant's approach to surviving the coronavirus pandemic. Describes how chef Cara Stadler saved her Brunswick Asian-fusion restaurant Tao Yuan by closing the dining room, changing the menu to take-out friendly dishes, and renaming the whole operation Zao Ze Cafe. Discusses the success of the format change and Stadler's plans for a post-pandemic future.
