Abstract
Article describing the potential varying reactions to the passage of the 'right to food' amendment to the Maine Constitution. Persons and organizations in favor of the amendment, such as State Senator and farmer Craig Hickman (D-Winthrop) and David Trahan of the Maine Sportsmen's Alliance were interviewed, along with those opposed, such as the Maine Veterinary Medical Association, the Maine Farm Bureau, and the Maine Municipal Association.
