Abstract
Article with photos describing the history of Pat's Pizza. Founded as Farnsworth's Cafe, an ice-cream parlor, by Pat Farnsworth in Orono in 1931, it was transformed into a pizzeria in the 1950's by Pat and his son Bruce. Pat's Pizza currently has 16 locations across Maine and is overseen by Bruce Farnsworth and Johnny Kyle.
