Abstract

In 2020, John and Dawn Bernier moved to Portage in Aroostook County and bought a local tavern called Dean's. John died after the first season and now Dawn runs the place on her own. The business is year-round, catering to snowmobilers, hunters, summer visitors, and truckers.
