Abstract

A profile of Bri Dostie, the founder of Confluence Collective, an organization dedicated to changing sportfishing from a predominantly white, male pursuit into an experience open to women, people of color, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, etc. Describes the organization's first "exchange trip," which sent a group of female anglers from New England to fish in Montana. Explains how Dostie adapted other programs to accommodate the coronavirus pandemic.
