A brief visit to Onggi, a market in Washington Avenue's Black Box development which exclusively sells fermented foods and fermentation equipment for the home user. An overview of the various products offered by the store is punctuated by cofounder Marcus Im's discussion of his lifelong love for fermented eatables.
