Abstract
A profile of Justin Amaral, whose interest in food science has led him to open a winery, brewery, coffee roaster, and restaurant. Describes Amaral's Sidereal Farm Brewery, Maillard Kitchen, and Way of the Warrior Coffee, all located in Vassalboro, and the unique approach to food and drink - beer made from yeast cultures harvested in space by NASA, for example - which hallmarks his endeavors.
