Abstract
Brief piece about Jared DeSimio and the boutique he opened in Brunswick last fall called Jared DeSimio: Made, Modified, Curated. The shop showcases his one-of-a-kind creations made from thrift store finds -- bags modified with patches, Carhartt pants mended with patches of mattress ticking, sun-bleached t-shirts. DeSimio also teaches a monthly mending workshop in the store.
