Abstract

Brief look at Seaweed Week, founded by Josh Rogers in 2019 to support the local seaweed industry. The latest Seaweed Week featured an array of seaweed drinks, including a seaweed stout from Foulmouthed Brewing, seaweed-smoked whiskey from Maine Craft Distilling, and Rogers's own Cup of Sea tea line.
