Abstract

"The Talk of Lewiston-Auburn." Kaileigh Tara of Lewiston and Lee Young of Auburn are two of Maine's most dynamic mayors. Through the two cities have been forced into occasional, and mistrustful, partnerships, there has been hostility between them for years. However, the two mayors are committed to cooperation.
