Abstract

Profile of Casco BayKeeper [sic] Joe Payne. Payne works for Friends of Casco Bay, which is trying to get everyone using the bay to take individual stewardship responsibility for keeping it clean. Its projects include a new vessel pump-out boat, clam flat reclamation, water monitoring, used-oil igloos on the wharves, and traveling lectures.
