Abstract

Following the loss of its treasury, board members, and director, the Women's Business Development Corporation (WBDC) was remade as MaineSpring. It has much the same mission as WBDC (providing female entrepreneurs with capital, mentoring, networking, and conferences) but offers specific new services as well. The Federal Bureau of Investigation continues to make a white-collar case against WBDC. Details.
