    Abstract

Since 1992, office vacancy in Portland has fallen from 23 percent to 12 percent. High occupancy rates in the suburbs and massive downtown price corrections have contributed to a tide of new occupants in large buildings like One Portland Square and the Baxter Building. Business leaders do not predict new construction downtown or in the suburbs. Related article.
