    "Business Maine: Central & Western." Brief stories on use of professional fund raisers by Maine nonprofits, which keep as little as 10 percent of the money raised; scandals by the bankrupt Maine Poly against its former employees; and the Census 2000 Survey, which found that the average Mainer was less educated and made less money than the average American.
