Abstract

"Of Counsel." The rewriting of all 14 chapters of Maine's Business Corporation Act is receiving serious thought and consideration in L.D. 361, "An Act to Adopt the Model Corporation Act in Maine." Though it would end a lot of existing case law, similar bills in other states produced judgements which, though not binding, are nevertheless instructive. Details.
