"Focus on Aroostook County." Rod McCrum of Naturally Potatoes in Mars Hill and Lynwood Winslow of Aroostook Starch in Fort Fairfield merged to form a $4 million potato processing plant. Nivoba engineering has invested $8 million in the new company. Last year, 67% of Maine potatoes were grown for processing.
