Abstract
Drought has put the complex water management plans for Sebago and Moosehead lakes on hold. Sebago's water level, though lower than previous years', is catching up. For many years, Sappi Paper, marina owners, beach front property owners, and the Departments of Environmental Protection and Conservation have battled over how much water should be kept in Sebago throughout the year and over the Eel River FERC dam.
