Abstract
"Focus on Real Estate." Waterboro may well refuse Mitchell Rasor's offer to donate 1,000 acres of mostly open land, plus a chance to help plan a 1,000-acre mixed-use development. He envisions "Chadbourne Ridge," a new village of 300-400 homes, with a convenience store, gas station, trails, and parks. Rasor is also a consultant for high-density and Great American Neighborhood proposals in West Rockport, Gardiner, Topsham, and Portland. Details.
