    Abstract

    "In Short." Wood Structures, Inc., of Biddeford formed a partnership with Bama Truss & Components, Inc., of Shelby, Alabama. Wood Structures will become the majority owner of Bama Truss, but Bama Truss president Pat Shugrue will retain a minority share and continue to operate under the Bama Truss name. The partnership with a southern company should make Wood Structures less vulnerable to Maine weather.
