Abstract

In the wake of controversy over the state's tourism advertising contract, the Advertising Club of Maine is urging its members to contact legislators with their concern that millions of dollars are leaving the state. David Swardlick, whose firm held the previous contract, said contract requirements were changed to fire him. Now that Warren Kremer Paino has won it, all $8 million will be spent out of state.
