Abstract

"Minding Your Business." Independent House candidate John Chappell is unlikely to win, but he hasproposed reorganizing the Legislature by cutting the number of House seats to 99, cutting the number of Senate districts to 23, adding one seat for each county to the Senate total, and increasing the Senate term to four years. It'll be interesting to see how his proposal is resolved.
