Abstract

"Focus on the Outdoors." At the urging of Friends of Bigelow, the state's public advocate is urging the Public Utilities Commission to investigate commercial development of the land acquired in the 1940s by Central Maine Power Co. Stephen Ward contends that land acquired through eminent domain cannot be used for non-public purposes.
