Abstract

"Business Maine." The upcoming Royal River Greenhouse restaurant at the Portland Public Market is emblematic of growth in the recently troubled market. It replaces Commissary, which had to leave because of post-9/11 financial troubles at its New York operation. The new restaurant will bring the market's vendor total to 23, or 100 percent occupancy.
