Maine's liquor laws ban the shipment of wine to consumers' homes. However, Sen. Richard Bennett (R-Norway) is introducing a bill to allow consumers to receive up to 24 bottles by common courier. Maine is one of 28 states to prohibit direct shipment of wine. Details.
