Abstract

"Business Maine: Southern" piece on advertising and marketing firm, Portland-based Garrand & Co., which recently beat out 11 competitors to land a $10 million account with Danvers, Mass.-based lighting company Osram Sylvania Inc. Garrand says the account is the largest ever awarded to a Maine firm. Garrand & Co. plans to add eight employees to its staff of 17 and open an office in Portsmouth, N.H.
