Abstract

"Newsworthy" piece with a profile of Don Sipe, 46, chair of the New England Power Pool (NEPOOL) and a lawyer in Portland-based Preti Flaherty's Augusta office. NEPOOL is the rule-making body for the electric industry in New England, and Sipe represents the Industrial Energy Consumer Group, NEPOOL's first consumer member. Sipe's election represents the first time an end user consumer has been made chair of the organization.
