Abstract

"Newsworthy" piece on Harraseeket Lunch and Lobster in South Freeport, co-owned by David Coffin and three family members. It was recently filmed by a crew from the Food Network's "$40 a Day," which wanted to document the making of a lobster roll; and was included in "The New England Clam Shack Cookbook: Favorite Recipes from New England Clam Shacks, Lobster Pounds and Chowder Houses," by Brooke Dojny. Coffin, 60, begins work at 2 A.M., seven days a week, during the season.
