    Abstract

    "Business Maine" piece with a voters' guide to the Nov. 4 referendum. Mainebiz would vote against allowing slot machines at horse racing tracks and vote for the three bond issues. On the school funding question, Mainebiz would choose 1B, which would increase the state's share of school funding gradually rather than all at once.
