Abstract

"Minding Your Business." Falmouth optometrist Louis Zglobicki has spent seven years on the New England Fisheries Council, advising the National Marine Fisheries Service no implementation of Magnuson Act. He was reappointed seven times as a representative of recreational anglers -- until Marine Resources Commissioner Robin Alden replaced him on the Council with a commercial gill-netter from York. Op-ed piece criticizes the shift in balance of power.
