Abstract

"Building & real estate" special section piece on English transplants Nick and Nerys Bayley and their partners Sam and Carmen Evard, who started buying Lewiston real estate after Nick was hired as president and CEO of Falcon Shoe in Lewiston in 1997. Last May, the Bayleys made real estate their full time business and say they are committed to the area. In an interview, the couple discusses the cooperation of the city, the revitalization of the area, the welcoming community, and their goals. With a list of the Bayley properties, which includes the Trolley Medical Building.
