Abstract

"Business Maine: Southern" piece briefly reporting that developers Nathan Szanton of Portland and Robert C. S. Monks of Cape Elizabeth are building a $4.4 million development, to be called Casco Terrace, on State Street in Portland. The project will include 27 housing units, 13 of which will be rented to low-income tenants. Construction of Casco Bay Terrace, which is being built atop an existing parking garage, is due to begin in July, with apartments slated for completion by next April.
