Abstract

"Focus on Lewiston-Auburn" piece as told by Turner apple farmer Harry Ricker of Ricker Hill Orchards. An average apple harvest season like this year's is close to break-even for the orchard. To stay in business, the farm has had to diversify by growing cranberries and creating an ag-tourism center, a disc golf course, a miniature golf course, a corn maze, a trout pond, and a farm obstacle course.
