"Focus on Health Care" piece on Physician Engineered Products in Fryeburg, owned by Dr. Robert Rose, 56, who has designed the wearable Feel Bright Light for those who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Rose believes his product solves the problem of having to remain stationary in front of a light box to reap the advantages of light therapy. Rose also sells a light bed he designed for home treatment of jaundiced infants. Rose moved to Maine in 1985 when he accepted a position as director of emergency medicine at Memorial Hospital in North Conway, N.H.
