Abstract

"Step Ahead." Administrator Ruth Glazer has developed a series of free Noonday Concerts, linking Portland Conservatory of Music musicians with space at the First Parish Church. Glazer, who has been in arts administration for 35 years, modeled the concerts after a free community concert series she created in Rochester, New York, 22 years ago, and which is still running.
