Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece reporting that President Bush's proposed budget will further reduce funding for Maine's share of the Community Development Block Grant program, and the Department of Economic and Community Development. Rep. Mike Michaud, D-Maine, and Sen. Olympia Snowe, R-Maine, both vow to fight to restore at least some of the funding.
