Abstract

"The Food Issue" piece on York-based Stonewall Kitchen, a specialty food company owned by Jim Stott and Jonathan King. Three years after opening a new headquarters, Stott and King are building an addition to house a cafe. In addition, the pair is shopping around their "Harvest" television show and publishing a second cookbook. Stonewall Kitchen now embodies a lifestyle, selling accessories to complement its foods.
