Abstract

"Newsworthy" piece with a profile of John Bubier, 61, of Yarmouth, incoming Biddeford city manager and former city manager of Bath. He hopes to bring downtown revitalization to Biddeford as he did in Bath. He believes the downtown is well positioned for mixed-use development due to its location at the headwaters of the Saco River.
