Abstract

"Capitol Letter" piece on how, according to a recent report, the Small Business Development Centers have helped generate more than $67.3 million in new sales and 497 new jobs and generated $3 in taxes for every $1 spent to operate them. Department of Economic and Community Development commissioner Jack Cashman said that if more money was available from the state, more jobs could be created.
