"Focus: Banking & Finance" piece on new federal bankruptcy laws aimed at individuals, with a focus on how the laws might impact small businesses. Bob Keach, a bankruptcy lawyer with Bernstein Shur in Portland, says small-business owners' personal finances are often closely tied to their companies.
