    Abstract

    "Business Maine: Southern" piece on a proposal by Elliott Chamberlain to for a mixed-used development on a 236-acre site in Saco. Chamberlain proposed the construction of a business park, hotels, retail stores and senior housing on the parcel near Route One. Chamberlain initially proposed a business park for the land two years ago, but noted there now is light demand for such parks.
